LEGO Racers Nitro Predator Review (LEGO)

What It Is

The Nitro Predator is part of the LEGO Racers line of buildable vehicles. New in the line are monster trucks with giant wheels and a crashing mechanism that ejects the minifigure driver. The Nitro Predator is an 87-piece building set that comes with Nitro Nick, the stunt driver minifigure. Build the truck, then crash it into another LEGO Racers monster truck (sold separately) or another obstacle to launch Nick from his seat. Kids can even turn the minifigure's head to reveal two different facial expressions.

Is It Fun?

Kids enjoy crashing and smashing toy cars and trucks, and the LEGO Racers Nitro Predator building set brings crashing action to life through the minifigure ejection feature. This building set will engage kids in all kinds of imaginative monster truck play.

Who It’s For

LEGO Racers Nitro Predator is for ages 7–12.

What To Be Aware Of

In order to really make the figure fly out of the driver's seat, you need to hit the ejection button with quite a bit of force.

The Nitro Predator measures about four inches long, three inches high, and three inches wide.

The included assembly booklet has step-by-step instructions that guide young builders through the building process.

There are three other LEGO Racers available: Crazy Demon, Star Striker, and Bone Cruncher. Each is sold separately.
