FREE SERVICES:
Blood Pressure Checks: A nurse in the TTPM office will check blood pressures on your patients in our office at 530 West Church Street, Elmira. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. We record the blood pressures on a small card that the patient carries with them.
Notary Service: There are two (2) notary publics in the TTPM office. You may have a document notarized at no charge. Please call TTPM at 733-6094 to set up a time to stop by for this service.
Forms: TTPM provides referral forms, pre-surgical consultation forms and appointment pads to your office at no charge. Call or email your request to us.
Resumes: While TTPM is not an employment service, we do get resumes and requests from people in the healthcare field looking for employment. We keep these resumes on file. If you are in need of clerical, reception, transcription or nursing services, please contact us. We will forward a copy of the resume(s) to you and you may contact the person directly if interested. HOLTER SERVICES:
Heart Monitoring: TTPM offers 24 hour holter monitoring and scanning services. A nurse is available to hook-up patients at the physician office, TTPM office or in the patient’s home if patient is homebound. We will also pick up holter tapes from your office and provide the scanning service. Holter reports are generated via computer and delivered to the physician office for interpretation. TTPM also offers cardiac event monitoring. An event monitor provides looping memory and is worn for a period of 30 days.

Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring: TTPM has an accu-tracker II ambulatory blood pressure monitor that is applied to a patient for a 24 hour period. It records blood pressures as the patient goes about their daily routines. A report is generated via computer and delivered to the physician office for interpretation.
